Kamado, Rengoku, Uzui and Soyama are the best clans in Slayers 2 right now, and they are all Supreme rarity. Below them, a few Mythic and Legendary clans are just as good if they match your Breathing Style. Everything from Common to Rare is a stepping stone you should reroll away from.
This tier list ranks all 41 clans in Slayers 2, made by Ouw Productions. The game has no official public patch number, so we went by the most recent balance notes in community guides (the v0.17 and v0.2 changes from September and October 2026) when we checked on October 31, 2026. Rankings are our own, compared against community tier lists published between September 20 and October 17, 2026. They do not agree on everything, so we flag the differences. Need spins to reroll? Grab them from our Slayers 2 codes page.

Every clan, rarity and what it buffs
Rarity comes from two community wikis checked in late September and early October 2026. They agree on every clan below unless we say otherwise.
| Clan | Tier | Rarity | Spin chance | What it is good for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kamado | S | Supreme | 0.1% | Damage, survivability, crowd control, Demon regeneration, sun immunity |
| Rengoku | S | Supreme | 0.1% | Burn damage and offensive pressure, best with Flame Breathing |
| Uzui | S | Supreme | 0.1% | Damage boost, auto-blocks, counters, stamina tools |
| Soyama | S | Supreme | 0.1% | Counters, stuns, turning damage taken into bonus damage |
| Himejima | A | Mythic | 0.9% | Damage amplification, Block Points, tanky melee |
| Shinazugawa | A | Mythic | 0.9% | Damage, stamina, Katana and weapon mastery, quest EXP |
| Agatsuma | A | Mythic | 0.9% | Thunder damage, speed, cooldown reduction (Thunder Breathing only) |
| Douma | A | Mythic | 0.9% | Auto-dodges and escaping combos with a clone |
| Iguro | A | Mythic | 0.9% | Serpent and poison builds, boss damage |
| Tamayo | B | Mythic | 0.9% | Healing, debuffs, cooldown resets for a party |
| Kocho | A | Legendary | 4% | Poison, debuffs, immunity to poison (Insect Breathing) |
| Tomioka | A | Legendary | 4% | Water damage, cooldown resets, Wen discounts |
| Shabana | B | Legendary | 4% | Party buffs and poison, weaker solo |
| Ubuyashiki | B | Legendary | 4% | EXP and drop luck, weak offense |
| Urokodaki | B | Rare | 12% | Water Breathing mastery and EXP |
| Sabito | B | Rare | 12% | Sword damage, movement, mastery, party bonuses |
| Makomo | C | Rare | 12% | Block regen, Block Points, Water support |
| Yahaba | C | Rare | 12% | Combo extender and Arrow Manipulation support |
| Susamaru | C | Rare | 12% | Tamari (Temari) builds, party bonus with another Susamaru or Yahaba |
| Kaneki, Yamagiri, Kurotsume, Aoshima, Aori | C | Uncommon | 23% (shared) | Small health, stamina, movement or damage bonuses |
| The 17 clans in D tier | D | Common | 60% (shared) | One small stat bonus each, such as Max Health or Movement Speed |
The odds apply to the whole rarity, not to each clan inside it. A Supreme roll does not guarantee Kamado, because four Supreme clans share that 0.1%.
S tier: the clans to stop rolling on
Kamado is the most flexible clan. It has sun immunity and is the only clan with Demon regeneration, plus Combat Intuition and a Headbutt that disrupts guards. Almost every list we read puts it at or near the top, and one calls it the safest reroll target for any build.
Rengoku is the strongest offensive clan. One guide lists the highest damage factor in the game at +26%, along with burn damage on M1s and a Flame mode. It is best with Flame Breathing but still a strong general pick.
Uzui is the defensive duelist of the Supremes. It has auto-blocks, Enhanced Hearing for a 10 second personal damage boost, Vital Draw for random healing, evasion or stamina, and +25% Quest EXP.
Soyama is built around counters. Bell Splitter stuns and slows an enemy on a successful read, and Combat Intuition stores damage and returns it as bonus Weapon, Breathing or Demon Art damage. It pairs well with Shockwave.
A tier: great if it fits your build
Himejima marks a target for extra damage and reflects M1 damage with Stone Skin, which makes it tanky. Shinazugawa is a grinding clan with +25% Katana and weapon mastery and extra quest EXP, and it does not need Wind Breathing. Douma gives three auto-dodges per skill and a clone swap to escape combos.
Agatsuma and Kocho are the two clans where your Breathing Style decides the tier. Agatsuma is excellent with Thunder Breathing, which one list ranks as the top Breathing Style, and Kocho is the strongest poison clan with Insect Breathing. Without those styles, drop each one a tier.
Iguro suits Serpent and Katana builds and is recommended for boss farming. Tomioka is only as good as your Water Breathing, but Water was reportedly buffed in September, which is why several lists moved it up.
B and C tier: niche and early game
Shabana (a Core Detachment zone that buffs allies), Tamayo (healing and debuffs, no passive bonuses) and Ubuyashiki (EXP and drop luck, weaker offense) are party and farming clans. Urokodaki and Sabito are Water clans that are fine while you level.
In C tier, Yahaba is the most useful, thanks to a combo extender that works in PvP. Makomo and Susamaru are transitional picks, and the five Uncommon clans only give small stat bonuses.

How clan spins and rerolls work
- Each clan spin rolls a clan by rarity, so rarity odds are fixed per spin. We found no pity counter described in any source.
- Spins come from codes, level milestones, some quests and Robux packs. The cheapest Robux pack we found is 250 spins for 600 Robux, one source reports, and Ore (earned from codes and the Final Selection clear screen) also buys spins.
- Expect long odds for a Supreme. One wiki's table lists 77 spins for a 50% chance at a Mythic and 693 spins for a 50% chance at a Supreme. At 50 spins, you have roughly a 39.5% chance of at least one Mythic or Supreme.
- Since update V0.18, rolling or buying a new clan reportedly keeps your clan skill-tree progress, so rerolling is not as costly as it used to be.
- One source says Kamado owners from Project Slayers 1 get 20 spins, with Kamado treated as Rare for the next 20.
New spins are the main limit. Check our Slayers 2 codes before you spend Robux, and see Roblox Project Slayers codes if you also play the original game.
Where community tier lists disagree
- Kamado versus Rengoku. One list puts Rengoku first for offense, and several others put Kamado first for flexibility. Both are S tier in every list.
- Shinazugawa and Himejima. Several lists rank both as S, but others rank them A, as we do, because they are Mythic and more build-dependent.
- Iguro. One list has it in S tier. One wiki cut its movement bonus from 25% to 5% in V0.17, and an earlier guide still credits it with +25%. We rank it A.
- Douma. Another list ranks Douma in S tier as the best Mythic clan, and most others put it in A.
- Tomioka. One list has it in S tier (with Water Breathing), others have it in A or B, depending on how much weight they give Water Breathing.
- Lower tiers. One list puts Common clans in D and Uncommon clans in B, another puts both in D, and others put both in C. We put Uncommon clans in C and Common in D, since the bonuses are very small.
Water, Thunder and Insect changes have swung tiers in the past month, so check the patch notes in the official Discord before a big reroll. The game page is on Roblox.
FAQs
What is the best clan in Slayers 2?
Kamado is the most consistent clan for PvP, PvE and any build in October 2026, with Rengoku, Uzui and Soyama right behind it.
What are the clan spin chances in Slayers 2?
Supreme is 0.1%, Mythic 0.9%, Legendary 4%, Rare 12%, Uncommon 23% and Common 60% per spin. The chance belongs to the rarity, not to individual clans.
How many clans are in Slayers 2?
There are 41 clans in the lists we checked, from Common to Supreme.
Is Kamado worth rerolling for?
Yes, if you want the safest all-round pick. It is Supreme though, so expect a long grind at 0.1% per spin.
Should I keep a Legendary or Mythic clan?
Keep it if it matches your Breathing Style, such as Tomioka with Water, Agatsuma with Thunder or Kocho with Insect. A well-matched lower-rarity clan can outperform a poorly matched Supreme.
How do I get more clan spins?
Use codes, level milestones, quests and Robux packs. Our Slayers 2 codes page lists the current free spins.
