Most "Black Friday SaaS deals" lists are copied from each other, and many of the discounts in them were never offered by the company. This page only lists offers we could trace to the vendor's own Black Friday page, help docs or official account. Where a claim exists only on coupon sites, we leave it out.

It covers business tools: SEO, email and newsletters, site builders, writing, video and productivity apps. For developer tools, hosting and AI coding apps, see our Black Friday deals for developers.

Bar chart of the biggest confirmed 2025 SaaS Black Friday discounts: Storydoc up to 60%, Framer, Grammarly and Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 50%, Keyword Insights 30%, Webflow 25%

1. How SaaS Black Friday sales work

The rules

Timeline of 2025 SaaS Black Friday sales: Adobe Nov 13 to 28, Webflow Nov 17 to Dec 2, Keyword Insights Nov 24 to Dec 5, Storydoc Nov 24 to Dec 1, Grammarly to Dec 6, Descript to Dec 1, Framer to Dec 2

  • Yearly plans only, mostly. Webflow, Framer and Surfer discounted annual plans in 2025. If you only need a tool for a month or two, a monthly plan at full price can still cost less.
  • First term only. The discount covers the first year (or the first months). After that you renew at the normal price. Note the renewal date when you buy.
  • New code every year. Codes follow a pattern such as WFBLACKFRIDAY2025 or BLACKFRIDAY25, so last year's code will not work in 2026.
  • New customers first. Some sales (Webflow in 2025) were open to existing customers too, but most are for new subscribers or new annual plans.
  • Bonuses instead of discounts. Some tools add credits or extra features rather than cut the price. Descript did this in 2025.

2. SEO tools

3 sales, 1 never

SEO tools covered: Ahrefs, Semrush, SE Ranking, Surfer and Keyword Insights

Ahrefs is the clearest "do not wait" case in SEO: the policy is written down, and the only standing saving is yearly billing. Semrush is harder to call. Adobe announced in November 2025 that it is buying Semrush, so its 2026 promotions may change.

3. Site builders

Buy now

Tools with no Black Friday sale: Ahrefs, Notion, Zapier, ClickUp, Monday.com, Loom and Jasper

If you need one of these tools now, buy it now. We found no Black Friday sale from any of them, so waiting only costs you a month of use.

  • Ahrefs: written policy, no seasonal discounts. Yearly billing saves almost 20%.
  • Notion: Plus is $10 per member per month. See our Notion alternatives if that is too much.
  • Zapier: Professional from $19.99/mo.
  • ClickUp and Monday.com: no sale found from either company. Deals shown for them on coupon sites are from third-party add-ons or are just the normal yearly discount.
  • Loom: Business is $18 per user per month. Yearly billing saves up to 17% all year, which some sites relabel as a Black Friday deal.
  • Jasper: Pro is $59 per seat per month billed yearly. The "$1,000 off" offers still listed online are from older years.

7. Cheaper than any Black Friday deal

Alternatives

  • Free trials: most SaaS tools let you try a paid plan first. Our SaaS free trials guide compares 22 of them and how to avoid being billed.
  • Pay once: a one-time licence beats a discounted first year if you plan to keep the tool. See lifetime deals worth buying.
  • Startup credits: if you run a startup, the free startup credits guide lists programs worth far more than a Black Friday discount.

8. Live SaaS deals for 2026

From Nov 17

We add confirmed 2026 deals here from November 17, with the date we checked each one and the code if there is one. For VPNs, password managers and cloud storage, see our Cyber Monday deals. For gadgets and TVs, see the main Black Friday deals page.

Does Ahrefs have a Black Friday sale?
No. Ahrefs says in its help center that it does not run one-off discounts or seasonal specials, Black Friday and Cyber Monday included. The only standing saving is almost 20% off yearly billing.
What was the best SaaS Black Friday deal in 2025?
Among deals we could confirm with the vendor, Framer's 50% off a yearly Pro or Scale plan and Grammarly's 50% off Pro were the biggest discounts. Webflow's 25% off was the only major one open to existing customers too.
When do SaaS Black Friday deals start in 2026?
Black Friday is November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is November 30. Based on 2025, most SaaS sales start between November 17 and 24 and end between December 1 and 6.
Do SaaS Black Friday deals work for existing customers?
Usually not. Most are for new customers or new yearly plans. Webflow's 2025 sale was an exception and applied to existing customers buying a new yearly plan.
Are Black Friday SaaS deals worth it?
Only if you will use the tool for the whole term. Most discounts apply to a yearly plan or the first few months, then the price returns to normal at renewal.
